Publisher and data controller
GlobalFiscalLab is an independent project published by Barthélémy Girard, established in Luxembourg. Barthélémy Girard is the controller of the personal data described on this page.
GlobalFiscalLab is the project name and is not currently a separate company or legal entity.
Nature of the service
GlobalFiscalLab provides free calculators and general information. The site does not replace an authority, accountant, qualified tax adviser or qualified legal adviser.
Submitting a form, including an individual analysis request, does not create a contract and does not guarantee that personalised analysis can be provided.
Data collected and purposes
The form may collect an optional name, email address, topic, message content and the page from which the request was sent. Technical providers may also process data strictly necessary for security and operation, such as IP addresses and technical logs.
This data is used only to answer and follow up the request, handle a reported correction or requested partnership, and protect the form from abuse. Processing is based on the legitimate interest in answering voluntarily submitted messages and securing the service.
- • Do not send payslips, tax returns or identity documents.
- • Do not send identification, tax, banking or health information.
- • Use rounded and anonymised amounts when an example is necessary.
Retention and no marketing
Messages and associated contact details are retained for no longer than 12 months after the last exchange, then deleted, unless a legal obligation applies or specific information is needed to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
Form data is not used for advertising or newsletters, commercial profiling, or sold or rented to third parties.
Cookies and audience measurement
GlobalFiscalLab does not currently deploy advertising or audience-measurement tools selected by the publisher. Hosting and security providers may nevertheless process technical information strictly necessary to operate and protect the site.
Accuracy and liability
Results are documented estimates based on the displayed parameters and assumptions. They should be checked with the relevant authorities or a qualified professional before any personal, tax, social-security or financial decision.
Technical providers
Data may be sent only as necessary to the providers below. Some processing may take place outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards and terms offered by those providers.
